Hi, I'm Jon Lindsay—and I'm here to help you become the strongest, most confident version of yourself.

My fitness journey began in high school, growing up as a sports enthusiast in Los Angeles. What started as a passion became my life's calling when I launched my personal training career in Florida in 1991. Since then, I've maintained my dedication to fitness and competition, challenging myself in various triathlons and Spartan races. As an ISSA Certified personal trainer, I bring expertise in muscular and skeletal anatomy, injury prevention and rehabilitation, movement optimization, nutrition, and physical transformation. With over three decades of experience, I'm committed to helping others achieve their fitness goals and unlock their full potential.

Fitness shouldn't be confined to four walls.  While we'll crush it in the gym, I'm passionate about outdoor training too—trail running for endurance, hiking for full-body strength, beach bootcamps, and cardio sessions in natural environments that make you forget you're even exercising.

Your goals become my mission. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, boost energy, or create lasting healthy habits, I'll design a customized plan that's effective, sustainable, and achievable. Through what I call my "hybrid model," my commitment extends far beyond traditional personal training sessions. I provide 24-hour access for questions, personalized meal planning, accountability support, and nutrition coaching. I'm more than just a trainer—I'm your dedicated life coach, partnering with you to achieve complete physical and health transformation.
